Wii Fit! I had twins 11 months ago & it helped give me motivation by keeping track of my goals & my progress. I've already lost over 40 pounds! And I have a very slow metabolism & I've always had a hard time loosing weight. So, I highly recommend it. Good luck:)

I don't know how old your little ones are but maybe you could put together craft time that they could do while you are doing exercises. It may not happen everyday but you'll atleast get some done or if you can most gyms have a playcenter for children so you can workout and not have to worry that they are getting into something. Even running around in the yard wearing out the kids or going on a weekend hike with the family could help too. Best of luck to you!

Thanks ladies for the input and ideas. Between running to pre-school, sports, cleaning, laundry and trying to make time for the Mr. its hard to find the time to exercise. But i need to do it for me, i dont want another summer of jeans and being embarassed to put on a swimsuit.

I had my first baby 6 months ago and am a stay at home Mom. I am the same weight I was before I got pregnant, but I wanted to lose weight then and Im working on it now. I bought a Mommy and baby yoga/pilates video that my daughter and I can do together. Its amazing, we have a great time and its a great workout! I also have gotten together with other Moms to walk and I am going to join a stroller fit class!

The thing that worked for me was working out with other mothers. We started jogging around a local park. While we jog the kids play. It is safe for the and good for us. Us mommies get to stay fit and the kids run off their energy. If you can find a place and a couple other women, I'd say get a workout group together. It also helps to keep you accountable. I have been able to keep off the 40 lbs I lost after baby #5 for the past yr.

Wii Fit! It's actually how I lost 10 lbs before getting pregnant this time. It's really fun and your kids can play too.

When you find out let me know, I had my fourth last March and although the weight fell off quite quickly I still have a very wobbly tummy and just can't be bothered to do anything about it. We are going to Italy at the end of August so I realy should try and do something for then but I just feel so tired all the time I can't find the extra energy it would take to excersise.
