How can I be more healthy?

Hi, I'm a stay at home mother with a 1 year old daughter who has learned to terrorize the house and refuses a nap during the day until supper time (about an hour before). My husband works shift work and were on an extremely tight budget for food. Recently we both have said we want to loose weight and get healthier. I know winters almost over, but what can I do during the winter to start being healthier other then diet, maybe excersise advice? Diet plans I don't know any more iv tried to diet many times but fall off course with my husbands crazy work schedule...

I try to walk everywhere I go if possible, Even when I am cooking or doing something I will take 5 minute opportunities to do 50 jumping jacks or whatever in that time frame. I also used pinterest to find short workout videos and do them from my laptop or hook it up to my T.V. where I have more room to do the workout.

I recently just became an IT WORKS Independent Distributor where I can do it on my time and from my home. I first was provided the GREENS (which is a all natural ingredients) powder to put in water or juice and it provides you with equivalent to 8 servings of fruits and vegetables.
