Try this book:
Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons.
It is adapted from the DISTAR program--a well proven, national program to help children who struggle with reading. This book adapts it to work for a parent/child dynamic. It is not flashy or cute like the more expensive programs, but it is WAY better--it teaches comprehension along with phonics, which is where most "learn to read fast" programs fall short.
It is NOT a miracle worker. It is meant to be used as a supplement to a normal curriculum. Also, you need to be reading with your child every single day, in addition to these lessons.
100 days sounds short, but this is about 4 to 5 months once you take out weekends--even though you are not doing lessons on the weekend, you should still be reading together, though.
The first few lessons are VERY easy, and your child will probably finish them in less than 5 minutes, but resist temptation to double up on lessons or skip them--They ARE important.

Hi try Bam Boomerang app
Great learn to read app that let's your child work at their own pace and bridges the gap from ABC's to reading. Kids play fun games, explore and progress through the levels - it gets your child reading out loud! I highly recommend it - plus it's free! With new learning strategies and alternative approaches to reading even reluctant readers can get hooked!
