Lots of outside time helps! I have an overactive 12 month old (he isn't walking yet, either). We play in the yard or I take him on walks, even when it is raining. Also, we listen to music -- it helps him get in the groove and move just a little bit more. We got him a kitten for his birthday just a couple of weeks ago.... that has helped him crawl everywhere, too. Good luck! :)

I agree fresh air tires them out. Get her outside as much as possible.
Play with some chalk with her on the driveway. That is if she won't eat it lol. Play with play dough, take her to the library, take her places. That always wears them out.

I 100% believe sleep begets make sure she is getting good 2 naps a day.....overtired and over stimulation = terrible sleep habits! If she is waking too early put her to bed a little later. How many hours is she sleeping now?

Fresh air is a biggie. Make sure she gets outside time (weather permitting of course). My youngest is almost 11 months and not walking yet, but crawling everywhere. I get down on my hands and knees and chase her around the living room or let her chase me. She loves the play time, and it really wears her out.
