No clue. My son (3 years 8 months) goes to bed around 6:30 when he doesn't nap and 7-7:30 when he does. He's usually out in 10-30 minutes....

I have one child who recently turned 5 and he has not napped since he was around 20 months old. The odd time in the car, but that is it and usually every night between 8:30 and 9pm he is asleep. My 3 year old naps the odd time, but he is also in bed around 8:30/9pm. No naps will really help your situation if this is the case. Also, if you don't already have a night time routine, that will help as well.

Is she still having daytime naps? And what time does she wake in the morning? My daughter was not having daytime naps at that age, and I had no problems getting her to bed earlier (8pm). My son, at that age, was still napping and I had to stop that to get him to sleep earlier at night. As long as he napped, it was a constant battle to get him to bed at night.
