How changing your diet can help you cope..

I found that when I changed my diet - by googling - beat depression by changing your diet - It came up with so many good things - I feel a million times better and find it easier to keep my cool when my daughter is upset or wont go to sleep etc.. Does anybody else have any tips relating to this?

Changing your diet and getting sleep. I was actually just reading about a study that showed moms who went through postpartum depression were sleep deprived. It gets pretty difficult to raise a new baby, still be wife and mom to other kids. It can all be overwhelming. Getting our sleep is definitely the answer.
