Hi I have a toddler(20 m) and she seems bored to DEATH!!!!! We have a great amount of toys but those just aren't doing much to nothing for her...I read to her but that seems likes thats all that keeps her occupied and I can only read so much in one day...We live in an apartment which isn't the best for her to walk around though I do take her outside daily in a car I move around. My hubby works two jobs so I get really no access to the car to take her out...feeling like a hopeless mommy who doesn't know what to do to help her get the fun and energy out!!! HELP please!!!! Thanks Also have tried coloring and finger painting she doesn't seem to enjoy that right now:(

Does she like helping you do things? At that age I found it exhausting but actually a little helpful to have my "helper" follow me around. He had a rag and it was his job to wipe the baseboards, which he thought was the greatest fun. (of course it wasn't the same way I would do it, it was one wipe to the baseboard, lick the cloth, throw the cloth, jump onto the cloth, wipe a table leg, go back to a totally different section of the baseboard, wipe that, etc.)

Also sorting laundry can be fun, but you have to be quick if there are really red things that MUST NOT be mixed in with the whites, at least my son liked putting clothes in piles, but didn't really bother himself about sorting, just piling.
