How do you get motivated as a SAHM?

Hi ladies, I'm a stay at home mom of four, and as of lately I've been finding it extremely hard to stay motivated. Doing daily chores is becoming incredibly hard for me as I'm just exhausted all the time. I'd appreciate some helpful tips!!

Hi Danielle,
I would love to offer some advice and I hope it helps. I am a Mum of 2 and can certainly relate to where you are coming from. One thing we can sometimes fall into the habit of is "doing the same thing and expecting a different result". One of the first things you need to work on is your mindset, If you are thinking that you are unmotivated and you have no energy than nothing is going to change. Try changing some of the language you use and ask yourself, is what I am saying negative or positive. Is it going to make me more motivated or less motivated. The other thing is are you looking after yourself and your health. As Mums we tend to always put ourselves last. I was certainly in this boat until the last 12 months or so. I have learnt that I need to actually put myself first. This may seem odd and you may even feel selfish for doing so. however, the best way you can look after everyone else is to look after yourself first. If you are happy and healthy than you are going to be able to get a whole lot more achieved. Feel free to contact me directly if you would like any other help.
Have a great day
