How do you lose the last 10lbs?

I too have a hard time with the last 5 lbs. But what i try to do, is if you drink 1 8oz glass of water in the morning before you eat anything. It helps start your metabolism and you are less hungry throughout the day and also take a vitamin supplement, like i take women's one a day vitamin. That way my body isnt craving anything it needs and just eat small portions. when its cold I really dont want to eat a salad. but i do sometimes. but dont forget to treat yourself once in a while either. it can get frustrating and if you dont reward yourself once in awhile, you might lose interest on losing weight. I do. Also before you eat breakfast lunch or dinner drink a full glass of water and wait like 15 min that way you wont eat as much and alot of ppl think that when they feel hungry they eat but there body is actually needing water.Hope this helps. I do squats and leg lifts when i am watching my little girl take a bath. I also did a dance routine as part of bed time routine. Making my exercise part of her routine made it impossible to skip a day and sets a good example for children.

I actually downloaded mine off of www.mininova.com



It's a free site jsut make sure you check to see the comments to make sure it is the whole video. If you are curious as to what it is before you do it you can also check out youtube and type in the 30 day shred and some clips will come up, but they aren't the full workout. A girl i recommended it to before bought her's at walmart and you might be able to get it offline on a site if you can't find it in stores if you are comfortable with paying with creditcard online. It really is a great workout!! Enjoy it!!

I feel that the last 5-10lbs are the hardest to lose. I need about 5lbs to go. I fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans, but I just don't like my tummy. I'm going to start working on my abs. I suggest to drink A LOT of water and cut back on sugars. That's what I have been doing. I used to walk about 3 times a week, but it's too cold now.

It is a mixture of different types of exercise at different intervals to insure you work all parts of your body at the right time. Each day is about 25 minutes long and i did mine when the 2 kids were in bed and my husband made fun of me for the frist few days because i looked so stupid tryingt o do the things becasue i was so out of shape but then once i got to about day 6 i felt more confident. Every 10 days the routine changes so you really get the full benefit of changing things up. You really have to push yourself though to do it to your full potential and not do each move half assed...it's not extreme by any means but i find the times to do each move is set for a reason and you can feel each movement work. I know of other moms who have done this as well. In my 30 days i lost 18lbs and the last 10 i lost by doing Special K for breakfast and i had a snack bar from them once a day as well. I also eat smaller portions now as i was still filling my plate like i was eating for 2. I have put on 3lbs since stopping everything which is why i am going to the gym again. also a good book to read on tips for eating right is the 6 day body makeover. My mother actually did this one,she is 53, and she lost 15lbs in 2 weeks.

I did special K and lost 10lbs in about 3 weeks just with doing that. I also did 30 day sherd by jillian michaels before that and lost weight on it and now go to the gym just to keep up.
