How do you make time to exercise?

As a sahm of 3 under 5, i find somedays are harder then others to get out and exercise.

How do you find the time/energy/motivation to exercise?

I started a mom walking group so we can get a good walk in but we take the kids in a stroller, wagon, skates, or whatever else the children want to ride. its a great way to get out and exercise without having to look for a baby sitter.

I use a gym with a creche....the main thing is that I go straight from the school run 3 times a week. The youngest gets an hour of learning to socialise 3 times a week and I get fit and a shower with no-one shouting for mummy - this is bliss!
It is habbit pure and simple. Find a time when going will fit into your schedule and after 3 months it will be part of your life.

I actually joined my local YMCA. They'll watch my son for 90 minutes a day and I can exercise. I think it's great because he gets used to being with other kids and other adults, I get a break, and I get some exercise.

I have 3, ages, 6, 3, and 1. I work full time at my job at work, then full time at home with the family. I wake up at 5 or 5:30 and work out at home while they are all asleep, then get ready for work while they are getting ready for school. Its hard at first but get a routine going and after a few days it won't be so bad.
