I agree with Kelly! I have been a SAHM for 12 years. Not sure what you want reference too....

But if you feel alone, your not...

I just found COM today.... Reaching out to others helps.

You have to be a little more specific. How do we manage the entire aspect of being stay at home parents, or is there a specific issue that you are struggling with?

For most new sahm's, isolation, a feeling of worthlessness, and a lack of motivation leave them feeling hopeless and unhappy as sahm's. I recommend a schedule--nothing strict, just make sure you have a list of things you'd like to accomplish each day, physically write it down and mark off the tasks as you finish them.

Also, make sure you leave the house at least 2-3 times a week for something other than errands and shopping--have lunch with a friend, a playdate at the park, story time, mom&me classes, book club, etc. so that you have some social interaction and stay connected to the world around you.
