I have a sweet baby boy who is a very happy baby. In the last month he likes to do high pitched screams. He smiles after but it is really exhausting on mom. Is there anything I can do to make him stop?

Could be he's just trying out vocal range. Might want to play relaxing- music more often; sing a song to him; play with musical toys with him etc. My son is doing the same thing now, and the more I interact with him the more the suddenly very loud, screaching sounds stop. Ofcorse you could talk with your pediatrician about it for more suggestions. good luck

Duct tape?
No, just kidding... :)
Yeah, my 12 month old has been screeching for some time now. There really isn't a whole lot you can do about it at that age. Just try not to give him too much of a reaction. It's a phase, it will pass. Hopefully! ;)
