How to avoid resentment

I am a disabled person, who began taking care of a disabled parent at 9 years old. Now that she has passed I am still the mother of 4 children... I have been taking care of someone else virtually my whole life! Needless to say, I feel very tired and rundown. I am married, but between his trying to make ends meet we never have any alone time together. We don't have anyone to watch our kids nor the money to pay a babysitter. I'm unable to get out much to try and join groups to meet people for the same reasons. I just need some help and encouragement. I've thought about getting a part time job from home, but more than anything I just want some time alone to myself and with my husband. I'm trying not to be angry or grow resentful, but I feel so negative right now.

Thank you! I am trying to get back in to going to church for support and community. However, I didn't know about the idea you mentioned. Thanks again.
