how to fit in excerice with three kids???

I find it extremely hard some days to fit in exercise. In the cooler months I go for a walk with the kids each morning and some nights. I have an exercise bike and treadmill at home but I prefer to get out in the fresh air! I have just bought myself the Wii Fit and I do that for an hour a day and the kids watch me and have fun and join in too.

You can join some gyms that have a daycare in it so they are looked after while you workout. Or you could go for a walk and put them on their bikes. If you got a little one maybe ride a bike and put them on the back of it. Or if you have a partner, get up a little before the kids wake up and go for a walk before hubby goes to work and so if the kids wake up he can entertain for a little while. xx hope this helps xx

Hey! I use excercise videos and sometimes my 9 year old and 4 year old will join me while my 9 month old enjoys some daddy time!Its hard when you are so exhausted to push yourself especially when there is so much else to do. Its so great when you can find that time for yourself because it will help lift your exhaustion and your spirits!

go walking with them; watch a kids show with them that has dancing and go for it; join a Y with free daycare while you work out;

i have the same exact problem! =( literally some days i want to give up because i cant focus... lately though ive been waking up at 530 am and getting in a good hour before they are even out of bed... its not perfect, but it is something ;)

I have 2 kids (my daughter is 4yrs&my son is almost 4months) every morning before they wake up i go to the gym from 7am-9am. I'm almost always back before they even start to wake up. It's the only 2hours a day alone i get &god knows i need it lol
