We did the same thing with my daughter. What has helped me is to have a good routine! We get up at the same, bottle, 2hours later bf, nap at 11am to 1pm, lunch at 1:30, we read and play and go for a walk. Dinner between 6 and 6:30. Bed at 8pm. She is so tired by 8 that she goes right to sleep! So I get a little time a lone with my husband. Try going down to 1 nap. That is how I got Grace to go to bed. It is a little bit of work. But stick with it. I know how hard it is to not go running in every time she crys. But you can do it! Wait for a lest 3min, then 5, then 8, then 10. By the time you go through that she will be so tired ( hahah not to mention you too) that she will go to sleep :} Try reading the Baby Wise books, they really helped me get a good routine down! You can find them on Amazon used for a penny! Good luck sweetie ♥

I just moved my three month old to his own room he slept in our room and sometimes our bed since he came home. I just started spending more time in the room with him introducing him to the room, I fed him, changed his diaper, and read to him. When i put him in there for the first time he was awake but tired enough that he just went to sleep. He is still waking up for feedings but i am just happy that he is in his own room and he is sleeping really well. I hope this helps.
