I been a stay at home mom for 2yrs now I have a 21month old and now a 2month old newborn. Due to financial issues I have to find at least a part time job. I cry at the thought of leaving my girls. It also feel bad for my 2 month old daughter cuz I wont be able to raise her like I did for with my 21month old daughter. I was always with my 21 month old 24/7 and if I left her anywhere it wouldn't be for more than 3hrs. I got to see all her milestones and breastfeed her for 9months. I want to do this for my youngest but wont be able to. I feel so bad cuz I know I'm going to missing out on a lot. I don't want my youngest growing up feeling like I loved my oldest more because I stayed with her all the time and captured all her milestones on video. I dont know I feel like we're gonna get cheated. Anywho if you have any ideas of how to cope with this please comment.

@Heather I took and oncall job from 6am-10am (they'll go to their grams house and sleep) then hopefully I got called for an interview where I can get trained and do portraits I talked to the lady a few days before she called me for an interview and she'll be giving 3-8 or 5-8. So the the days my 2 jobs collide they'll be going back and forth from my house to grams then home then grams then home again =( dont like the idea but we need the money.

I too had to get a part time job after staying home . I found something where I only work for 3 hours a day mon thru fri, weekends and holidays off at a daycare. I work from 3-6 so my husband is already home by then and we dont have to worry about childcare. I have found that I do not mind working part time, the only time of my daughters day that I miss out on are the end of her nap and afternoon snack time. I actually enjoy getting out of the house a lot of days for some adult interaction. Hopefully you can find something that you like that works for you and your family and doesnt leave you feeling miserable.
