How to loose weight fast after c-section

Hey everyone! My name is mar kraw. I just had a baby two weeks ago, when I was pregnant I'm 167 pound and now I'm only 144. Do you know why? Well because I drink a lot of chicken soup everyday and eat less. Remember eat Healthy eat three times a day don't eat too full drink a lot of water and you will see the different.:) I really want to share this because I know we all have a hard time try to lose weight. By the way my son when he was born he was 7pounds and 11 ounces. I'm a c-section mother and I know it painful for me. I don't know about you... So please please drink alot of soup and water.

After a c-section while breastfeeding, I used to drink mummy magic weight loss tea at least three times a day and shed my baby weight in a couple of months.

It is recommended to have at least 3 balanced meals a day. There is also no need to drop the weight just weeks after having a baby, it's not healthy. If you are brestfeeding you need to eat more so your body can produce enough milk.
