Just give them juice of bits and pitches every morning and evening for three months and you will see the result towards their appetite . vero_wambura@yahoo.com

I still don't see how drinking juice twice a day for 3 months will increase the appetite.
Show us your medical/scientific research to back up your claims.

Natural juice is full of sugar. I was talking about natural juice too. Feed them fruit if you feel they need the nutrients from the fruit, not fruit juice. They should be getting their daily fruit allowance as fruit, not juice. A small amount each day is fine, but not necessary twice a day. They are better off learning to drink water. This is not the way to develop a child's healthy appetite.

I meant the natural one and depend with the age of your child. Three month means the period and not the age, for the child from two years and above who started to take some foods and not the kids under two years, and the amount at least should be 30mls morning and evening. You blend for your self and not the one with chemicals.

Juice is plenty harmful if they have too much. It is full of sugar and you are setting your child up for a sugar addiction and potential type 2 diabetes. In small amounts, fine, but not as a main part of their diet.

It's best not to give juice to children under 12 months or even older.
Unless you have scientific evidence then you really shouldn't be telling Mothers to do something that could be harmful.
