How to Wean successfully

I have a 13 month old that is still breastfeeding including through the night. I am having a hard time starting to wean her. She is eating some solid foods with her fingers, but will not take a spoon or a bottle. I am a stay at home mom so it is her own 24 hour cafe. Any suggestions on how to get started emotionally and mentally with an action plan to help both of us.

Do it gradually! I got down to only feeding at night. Evertime they want to nurse get them something to eat thats solid during the day. you also need to remember that your milk needs to slowly wean down or you will be engorged and that is painful, and i would leak if i got engorged.. so start by eliminating a feeding at a time, when you get to where they only nurse at night you are about done and hopefully you wont suffer by doing it gradually.. My son was terrible to break would yank at my clothes, but i did finally break him..
