To be honest I had a very long scarf that my friend from India showed me how to tie and wrap my baby. It worked great.

No problem. Anytime I wore my wrap pregnant mothers and moms of little babies asked me bout it. I love mine. I have honestly never heard of a fil up but if you find a link for it id love to see it! :)

I will ask my japanese friend to get one. it looks really great ! if you wanna check "fil up" it is a net which has the reputation to be perfect when its warm outside
thank you again for your advice

I wouldn't suggest the slings cause lots of mom ( that ive read) complain about the opening closing up and then you cant see the baby. I personally have a Sleepy Wrap. I looked at different carriers and this is by far the BEST investment ive made. I got mine on Amazon I believe for 40 bucks including shipping. I love love love it and on top of that its easy on the back. My son used to fall asleep the min I put him in it. Easy to put on too. They come with directions but I thought it was easier to just youtube it. I STRONGLY suggest looking into it. Good luck :)
