I feel like our days together are becoming uneventful we recently just moved further into the hills which leaves me limited to what activities we can do together I don't have a license so i can't drive him to the park or library and my son dislikes being in the stroller longer than 30 mins,I feel restricted since we moved I have no clue what I can do to entertain my son ,It was much easier before since we were in the perfect location we were near to parks a trail shopping center and library now im about 40mins to an 1hr walk away from these locations plus in the hills which has an constant upward path,so we dont go out much.......does anyone have any advice on what activities i can entertain my son with and to help his development , I don't want him to be bored or fussy, please help!

Can you invite people over to your house? Maybe run a little playgroup? Some instructors (baby sign, mom and baby yoga, kindermusik, etc) will come to your house and run a class if you can find enough people to sign up. I know a mom who hosted a music class for toddlers when she had a toddler and couldn't get out herself.

If he doesn't like the stroller try a backpack carrier. He may be content with that long enough for you to walk to things.

When we had three kids under the age of five I couldn't go out alone with all three. We had just moved and I was stuck in the house all day in a place where I didn't know anyone. When my husband got home from work we always went out in the evenings and on weekends with the kids, even if it was just a trip to the grocery store and a picnic in the park for supper.
