My son has a little trouble at bedtime but for the most part is ok. When he wakes up (at like 2 or 3) he has trouble falling back asleep. He is constantly waking us up for various reasons. We haven't had a good night sleep for a while! We are all so tired! Please help

When you figure it out let me know! My 6 yo is a HORRIBLE sleeper! Someone needs to lie down with her at night, she is restless and crabby in her sleep and when she wakes up she doesn't even try to go back to sleep in her own bed...she just gets in mine! I usually just let her cuz I am afraid she will wake up my 3 other kids, especially the 18 month old. Then we'd have a real party on our hands. I am so tired, but feel so guilty taking a nap and if I do take a nap then I am up on FB at 1:33 am!! lol Good luck!

Don't have any advise for you but I do know how you feel. Our 6 year old does the same thing. She screams until everyone is awake or she wants to sleep in our bed. I will check back to see if you get any advise that I can use. Good Luck!

Does your 6 1/2 take naps during the day? I'm not really sure how you feel cause all 3 of mine fall asleep and don't wake up til morning except when they are sick or something......My kids pediatric doc mention to me something about dreams and they get stuck waking up around the same time at night, and she said if something like that happened to not turn on lights that triggers them and makes it harder for them to fall back asleep. I don't know if I'm helping but just thought i'd give you a little help :)
