I am a 22 year old mother of a 20 months old daughter and she is absolutely perfect! Her dad was abusive the minute I got pregnant so I had to leave... I have been with my new partner for 8 months now and i am 15 weeks pregnant with his child, And even before the pregnancy i have been depressed and felt so alone, i lost my family and friends over lies of a brain washing jealous ex... i can never go out to see friends or shop alone.. my only me time is a bath or sleep...
What do i do to fight this lonely and depression?

I've been there. Having someone to talk to helped a ton. Like other moms mentioned, try to find a counselor maybe at a church (that should be free) or a confide in a really good friend.

The other thing is to get out of the house and do something for yourself. Lots of churches offer Mothers Day Out programs that are super cheap (like $15 a day). Taking time for myself really helped me to also get out of a funk.

Lastly, get a plan. I would take Sundays to get out of the house and have a family member watch the kids for a few hours. During that time I would jot down goals for myself and then specific steps I would do to achieve those goals. I ended up learning how to sew, garden and play the guitar.

I'm sorry you feel that way. It seems like you've had a lot going on in a couple of years. I'm sure your former relationship wasn't easy and it maybe you haven't fully recovered. Have you thought about counseling or speaking to a mentor that may help you heal from the past? Being pregnant again may also make you feel more emotional. Are you a member of a church? If you are I'm sure you may find someone there that can help you with mentoring or counseling.. If you're not ready to reach out to anyone yet, maybe a good book to read. I remember ready this self help book called "Become a Better You: 7 Keys to Improving Your Life Every Day" by Joel Osteen. If really changed my life and gave me a new perspective about my life and how to handle rough situations..
I hope this helps... I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Blessings!

Can you maybe talk to your doctor about how you're feeling. He/she may have idea s on how to help you. Depression can be dibilitattling if it goes too far without help. Hang in there
