I would try getting her up between 7-8 AM even if she has just fallen back to sleep. Then have bedtime be around 8:30 PM. If she is doing a nap in the afternoon she may not need one or she may need only a short nap. I would say start with a 1 hr nap (if she is doing naps). Make sure she is up from her nap by 3:30 PM. I would give it a few weeks for her to get use to this new schedule. She will be tired during the day, but in order for her to get a good nights rest DON'T allow her to sleep more than that 1 hr. Once she has adjusted to the new schedule then evalute it and she if you should leave the nap in or take it out.

I completely feel for you! My 4 year old has been sleep walking and having night terrors for months now. She wakes up 3 or 4 times a night before I just say "screw it" and toss her into bed with my husband and I...Is there anyone out there who has any advice for us? please...
