My husband and I both relocated and we both have great jobs in the K.C. area but I have decided to stay home with my children until they are both school age. I am really gald that circle of moms is here because I have a lot of questions and sometimes get bored talking to toddlers all day. My question is: what are some different art activities can I do with 3 and 4 a four year old?

Your welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) It makes me happy that someone was so excited about it. It is also amazing because (watching `The Mom Show`) they said that making this castle idea also works amazing if you have fussy children who don`t like to nap, because it makes `naptime` fun for them :) Hope it all works out for you!

Awsome idea I will do this. I am excited to be able to stay at home with my children. It is the hardest job I'll every have. I like to take construction paper and cut them into shapes and have my four year old use a glue stick to match the shape to the shape that I draw on paper. or we buy little wooden houses at the craft store or walmart in the craft section, and we will paint them.

Oh congrats on staying home.
In my house we do allot of finger painting. Its so much fun to get paint all over you... We put news paper down on the floor and paint.. My oldest always paints himself and I have some good pics of this.. Now my youngest does not like to get all messy so he sticks to paper. Now you can also make your own finger paint with pudding.. use van. and add food color to it. This way they can eat it also.. :)
now if you have any ideas I would love to here them..

Not sure if this is fun to you, I am an artsy person and even though my son is only 5 months old I also have a niece and nephew so I just finished making a big cardboard castle for them to play in! I saw it on television and thought it was a great idea. You could do all of the cutting and stuff, and they could help you paint it and glue it together. Make sure its proper super glue and use a base primer on the cardboard first (maybe you should paint that part while they do some other parts-it might not be safe ingredients) then I used non-toxic acrylic after. Or you could paper mashe it for some great realistic affects :) It took me almost four days on my own so it was a good long project to keep them entertained if its something to interest you. :)
