I need help

I am a young mom and I have a 5 year old. I am a stay at home wife and mom. I have gotten lazy some where in the past 5 years I wake up get my son dressed and ready for school he gets on the bus and I go back in my house. Through the day I do my dishes I and some laundry and sweep the floors but that's just my living room an kitchen. Somedays are more productive but all that only likes me 45 minutes then I just nap and be lazy all day.. It's dragging me down emotionally and physically... And has made me grouchy and unhappy... I need helps on what to do that's great for reviving energy to help me be happier and in a better mood.. I am in a new town for the first time and I have not met any friends though so I can't just spend a day with the girls since I don't have any.. But suggestions would be great from exercising to just great mapped out days that are successful

Hello. I've just read your message. It sounds like you need something new in your life. I moved to Canada with my husband last June as he is on a military exchange program. I had my son in the August and have no family around. I was so lonely to start with and got a little depressed so I really had to put myself out there to meet some people. Do you like dogs?! That's a great way to meet people! I've also just started my own little business and I meet with a bunch of ladies once a week and we have a great time. Have to admit, I am not even out of work yet (6 weeks and counting till baby pops), and i am PRETTY sure that as soon as the kids are in school I will be looking for a part time job. I already have a couple of places in mind, but the husband and I are also looking into getting some rental properties so that should still keep me busy. I am also looking into getting my real estate licence, if anything just for the knowledge.
There are also a LOT of online courses that are free now-a-days if you want to gather some extra knowledge. When I was off on sick leave for 2 weeks I learned PHP (computer programming) using lynda.com courses. It kept me sane, and got me thinking about all the cool things I could build software wise.

Any chance of getting a part time job? Jobs aren't just about income, they can be about meeting other people, giving you mental challenges and having something for yourself outside of your family, all of which can be important to your health and wellbeing.

You could also consider volunteer work for the same reasons.
