Mummy magic tea did a great help to rid of my pregnancy weight and belly fat.

Breakfast - meal replacement bar
snack-fruit and yogourt
Lunch- another bar
Snack-granola bar or something small

Get out everyday and go for a brisk walk. Put your son in a stroller and push him with you. That will add resistance and actually increase your calorie burning. I try to watch my fat intake. I try to buy everything in low or no fat. That's what's worked for me. Also just watch your portions. Make sure you're eatting for nutrition not for pleasure. Eat slowly, when you're no longer hungry stop. I know that's hard. There are many time people (me included) take a second helping just because it tastes so good. Good luck.

I have been zumba classes for the past fewic months and obvioulsy watching what I eat plently of fruit, veges, chicken etc. A good web site for recipies is the biggest loser and masterchef. Anyway back to the zumba really light impact I go to 2 classes a week and have lost 10 kilos. It's so much fun you don't even feel like you are dancing and I was a 16/18 before I started and am now a 12.Good Luck though

hi jeanette i normally do 30 mins on the wii fit when my lil one is asleep i think my big problem is cutting down on portion sizes how did you manage that ? you have done well good luck

i have dedicated my sons morning hour nap to time for me to exercise - 20-30min of some type of cardio and a few min of pilates or yoga or weights - like 10-20
i add in vegs throughout the day to bulk up meals
i eat much smaller portions now - more like what you get in a lean cuisine entre
it took a few days to get used to new portion sizes and i was initially hungry a lot but it did actually pass
i also never go longer than 3hrs w/out eating so i do not get too hungry and overdo it when i do sit for the meals
i have so far lost 20# - steady pound a week just about
am currently back to prepregnancy weight
you can do it but i have found it takes real committment
Good luck!!!!

I am in the same boat. I am still breastfeeding and I went from a 12 to a 16/18. My daughter is only 5 months old and so I haven't started to think about loosing weight as yet but once she starts moving i'm planning on moving with her... i.e when she rolls i'll roll with her. I pick her up as much as possible and exercise with her. Walk as much as possible with her. I find that cleaning the house helps and just generally running around. I know I have lost some weight but I do need to loose about another 3 stone. It is a slow process but I won't be dieting just yet as i'm still breastfeeding. If your son is moving then mimic him, kids have loads of energy and I think that they know how to naturally exercise. ringaringa rosies and fall down with him, rolling on teh floor lifting him in the air whilst you are on your back etc. it's all good fun. Good Luck
