I stay at home but find it hard to lose weight because of it!!! any tips!!!???

It is becoming so hard to lose more weight. I nurse and everything but i cant seem to find the energy to work out but can find the time to eat more than i should since i am at home a lot with my 3 month old daughter!!

HOW CAN I STOP THE CRAVINGS!? It seems to me like i am never full...maybe its bc i seem to be bored?

Trust me this is my 3rd time around this block so I know exactly what you're going through. I use to be a personal trainer @ 24hr fitness and I learned alot while i was there. I dropped 20 lbs fast when I stopped drinking pop, and stopped eating things that had a lot of sodium (salt). This did wonders for me while I was nursing my boys and after. Now it's just taking longer for me lately so we need to push to give ourselves time.

Put the baby in the stroller and go for a walk everyday. Even if it's just for 30 minutes; doesn't even have to be a brisk walk. Oh, and if you drink sodas... try drinking water for every meal and in between instead. You will lose weight, I promise!

I have a 2 year old and i find myself doing the same thing. It is hard to lose weight.

i would not worry for now.

during mine pregnancy i vomit so much i coudent eat almost anything.so afther mine daughter was born i ate for nine months all that i wanted.and i did not breastfeat.

with nine months i tought now its finished.i need to loose weight.

i just ate normal.breakfast yogurth with crusli,lunch crackers with chees.and dinner.

no candy for 5months.

and i dont do any sport.

just take a walk with your child.dance with the baby in your arms in the house.

you need to give yourself time.

am two years fuder and am skinny but not like before.but am ok now

im the same iv 4 children aged 7,4,3, and 1 and iv put on alot of weight since quitin my job and stayin home neally 5 years ago..but i just joind slimming world 4ths ago and iv lost 1stone 4lbs!! imreally happy i want anuther stone off but every1 can see the difnce thats wot make u feel so gud!! its only 1 night a week jus for 1 hour and i have 2 go or i wont do it!! lol...iv notaiced i use 2 finish lkids leftovers but now i dont ect...i dont hav the time 2 excercise altho id love to!!

It is hard to lose the weight, I've got 3kids and put on (25kg, 25kg + and last time stopped weighing myself when it hit30kg +). Breastfeeding makes it hard because you dont want to lose your milk and energy wise, you're always tired! Make sure you drink heaps of fluid (sometimes you think you're hungry when you're actually thirsty, plus it can fill you up a bit), fill up on heaps of vegies, fruit and make sure you eat healthy proteins that also fills you up (yoghurt, nuts and eggs are great). Being bored also makes it worse, my son is 7months and when I drop my two older kids to school I find to help lose weight and keep myself active I walk the dogs and practice yoga. Any incidental exercise will also help you to lose weight. It takes time for it to come off - thats my mantra. Good luck!
