I'm 30 and have 5 children aged 10, 6, 4, 2 and 1. I'm a stay at home Mum, and just quietly getting a little sick and tired of only doing housework to entertain myself during the day. I would love to hear from other's of how they handle everyday life, and just general chit chat...

I have 12,6,4,3,1(2next month), I am also children's ministry leader at my church. I get stressed--but it never fails when i do something happens to make me realize how blessed I am with my children and things get better. We go by a very strict schedule, not time wise always more of the same order of events most days, and it works really well. we have set meal and nap times and the set morning and afternoon activities (times may vary but they know what to expect during that time frame) and the set bath and bed times. My oldest helps alot, but things have definitely gotten easier as they get older. I look back to the days when none of the little ones could dress themselves (my 4 & 6 years olds have some special needs) and my oldest daughter and I would do an assembly line at bath time--I would bathe and dry off she would supervise pjs and combing hair. :)This house work stuff drives me crazy
