irritable toddler with diarrhoea - any ideas?

My toddler has what always seems to be described as toddler diarrhoea, which is diarrhoea with no problems for weight and no obvious cause. However, she is constantly irritable- going into tantrum-type screaming for apparently no reason. The symptoms do seem to fit with allergies but she is already on a milk free, soya-free and egg-free diet and the allergy test didn't come up with anything else...
Does anyone have any idea what I could do?

First thing I would do is go to a good doctor and get her tested for allergies. It might be something obsure that you are not aware of.

Some other things that might contribute to it are drinking too much juice and not drinking enough water.

Good luck...
