YES! I have 7 yr old twins (boy & girl) & a 5 yr old boy. They are ALWAYS at it...it makes me crazy and since they are older someone is always getting seriously hurt. Its very frustrating when they have a house full of toys and activities.

I totally ignore it...I decided a while ago that they would find their level (I keep an eye to stop bullying behaviour). The general rule is "don't bring it to me unless A) there is blood flowing b) a broken bone c) weapons are involved" (I mean sponge ones btw)

OK! So all our kids are always fighting, but the question is, Is there a way to stop them from fighting before I pack my bags and leave the family. Daniel is 9 and Angelina is 7, and they fight all day long. Alfonz and I are at a miss, as we try to take them separately, we are both home so its not for attention, and lastly we try roll playing. WHAT WORKS???? HELP ME

I have a four year old and a three year old and they fight constantly (brother and sister) but I also notice that they are extremely close and will defend each other over anything, in time as they grow im sure it will get better, brothers will always have each others back but hey at least they take an intrest in each other! I might be worried if they never interacted at all. They are also young and its a territory thing at that age everything is MINE at least thats what my two do!

Cassie, I have two boys as well, ages 2.5 and 4.5 and they also fight a fair bit. Sometimes they get hurt, sometimes they don't. I would say it is normal.

I raised two boys close together and yes all they do is wrestle all of the time and it drives you nuts. As they get older they tend to get interests in different things. My eldest liked to play with lego and my youngest always wanted to be outside, so the fighting eased off. So don't dispair this does not last forever.
