Quoting Anna:

Insist on having some time to yourself each day, even if just half an hour, to be alone and hear yourself think. I find going for a walk makes me feel better, or take a bath or read for a while. Tell your family you need that time and don't negotiate on it. They'll get used to it.

thats good advice and I will give that a try

Quoting Krista:

Oh sister, don't I know it! I have 5, and I'm constantly being hounded for trivial information, as a referee in their petty sibling diputes, as a judge jury and executioner to suit whomever is hounding me at that particular moment. I wish I had an answer, but I don't. Just know that you are not alone in this. The only thing I can say that I do to keep my wits about me is that I always keep in mind that they are just children and it's up to me to demonstrate adulthood in the hopes that through my example, they'll soon enough get there too. :)

thanks for your advice i will try that!
