oh I would like to add a little tid bit to my response... Babies cannot sleep through the night if they are not getting enough calories during the day. So maybe try more filling foods.... not really sure what your daughter eats or enjoys eating. But that is a little fact I know.

I do not have a lot of experience (only 4 months) but my mom gave me all of my advice about sleeping for Kira. So I will try to help!

what i do is I feed kira at the same time every single day (give or take 10 min). I have since she was born. And i just went with her person eating schedule. But at 7:30 every day, she gets her jammies on and a bottle which has just recently been replaced with cereal. once she is done eating the house calms down, lights dim, tv is low. Not much excitement to keep her interest. you have to basically make them bored. for an hour or so she sit with us while we watch tv or a movie. But I have noticed that if she is not snuggled up with a soft blanket she doesnt get sleepy. So i guess comfort is another factor. Then at about 8:30 or 9 she has a little bit of a warm bottle ( she personally only has a couple ounces) to fill up what has been digested and then she is sleepy. So as she is falling asleep i lay her in her crib, and some nights she gets mad because she wants me to hold her.... this is where my moms advice comes in handy! Do not pick them up. comfort them while they are laying in their bed! I lean over the crib and softly say shhh shhh... and let kira hold my hand. This routine has worked every single night for 4 months!

Hopefully that will make you have some more rest in your life!

Many moms have different ideas and you should try them all.. I tried the CIO but.. couldn't listen to the crying for hour after hour. It wasn't for me. Try starting a routine. Start with a warm bath.. warm milk and a story or two. I had the same prob with my lil man and after a week.. he knew what to expect. Be consistant and don't give up. It also helps if she has the same wake up time, meal times, and nap times. I STRONGLY believe conistancy works best. Give it a week and let us know.

At 15mo she should cry it out. Put her to bed at bed time and don't get her back out until morning. Might take three days of crying, but if you don't give in... she'll get right back on schedule.
