It is ridiculous! How can they expect you/baby to go to chuck e cheeses so early. Sorry to say but it sounds as if They're not being very supportive or understanding. Chuck e cheeses of all places even. There's so many kids there n strangers. Not good :(.
You know what's best for you/baby and if they don't want to understand your situation then let then think whatever they want. It's best to be healthy n strong n have a happy healthy baby than risk it. Don't you think? They'll get over it.

Congrats!
That's what they're suppose to do. Dont take the baby out in this weather, specially now that a lot of viruses are going around. You don't want baby to get sick as a new born.
When I had my kids I didn't go out the house with baby till they got their first Dr. Visit n shots. Friends/family always came to my house if they didn't go to the hospital.
And you do need your rest and to take good care of yourself or else you can also catch something. Your body's vernerable after birth and it's easier to get sick. Plus whatever you catch you pass on to baby. So let everyone come to you. It's perfectly a ok :)
Take care

It is definitely not rude to invite them over. When Jesus was a baby the wise-men came to Him and not vice verse :D. Everyone will come to you and your beautiful new edition to your family. : D No worries. Everyone will totally understand : D
