Know your daily food

I just understood the reason behind my stress and weakness:

Very helpful "Our body needs the following three foods every day"

Energy - We get energy form Rice, Wheat, Other Grains, Sugar, Salt, Oil, ...
Muscle Building - We get muscle strength from Soy, Dairy products, Pulses, Meat, Poultry, ...
Protection - We get protection from disease from Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs, ...

Scientifically
Energy is called as Fat/Carbohydrate
Muscle Building is called as Protein
Protection is called as Vitamin/Min/fiber

Practically its seems difficult to have all the 3 things daily.
I realized in my daily food ENERGY is excess were MUSCLE BUILDING and PROTECTION are not taken as required.

The best thing is know I have changed the food system which is really working great. No stress, No Pain, Very energetic and healthy.
