Okay so I'm 19 and my baby girl is only a month old. my husband is in the army so a week before she was born, we had to pack up and move from south carolina to new york. I'm a stay at home young mom and I desperately need to meet people and make at least one friend. But how do I do that with my daughter so young?

Hi Linsey,
Congratulations on your new baby girl. Do you live alone away from family or on the base? Cuz if you live on the base I'm sure there's other moms out there in the same situation as you that you can meet and get together with. But if not you can always go to parks, libraries in the children section, churches. Although the baby is a new born and you don't want to expose her to to many people, specially other children until she's two months or older. Her immune system's not strong enough yet. Or you can always befriend a couple of moms on here or on FB. There's always some of us on that are also looking for new friends ;)

Hope that helps, take care
