Looking for tips on getting my 11 month old daughter to sleep. She stands in her crib and screams.

Ever since my daughter learned how to pull herself up, nap time and bed time have been horrible. Unless she is super exhausted, she will only stand in her crib screaming her head off.

Try playing a cd with white noise sounds on it. Also try doing a routine like tell her when its 10 mins b4 she's got to clean up and then do a bath with that lavender calming baby wash. If she gets used to a routine then maybe bed time will be a bit easier. Do the same thing with nap time have her eat lunch (that's when my daughter takes a nap) and then take a nap but warn her that at a certain time your going to feed her lunch then its nap time and you don't want to hear any fussing about. It will take a little bit for her to get used to it but hopefully she will get used to it. Just ignore the fussing till she falls asleep once she realizes that your not going to come get her once she starts crying. I realize that your baby is little but even if you tell her it's almost time for lunch or a bath she'll get used to the routine.
