I was laid off a few months ago from a job I held for over 8 years. I highly suspect it is because I was out for sometime with my daughter in the hospital. She was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in June. I was laid of a month later. I suppose it was a blessing in disguise as I should be home for my daughter (only 6yrs old) in the event of Crohn's related issues. My issue is that unemployment funds do not last forever and would like to have a job that I can do at home. If anyone has any ideas for legitimate work from home jobs, I would be most appreciative. All that I have been seeing appear to me scams or ask for $ upfront for training and such. I don't believe I should be paying in to have a legit job. I thank you all in advance for any responses this post may generate.
