ok. first time post so please hang with me. I'm a 26 year old mother of a near 3 year old girl. I love crafting and assembling gifts and wrapping. well I'm trying my hand at a start up business of gift baskets and sets. ill post pics soon but what I'm wondering is how to get my first round of customers? I'm not social persay. I lack the charisma to just ask people. I don't attend church. and I don't have a lot of money to put into a website. any suggestions?
themes would include but not limited to birthdays, sympathy, holidays, thank you, care packages for the sick, new homes, military members, graduate, new baby, newly-weds, ext..

Being a YouTube personality is a really good thing my sister does it with her kids and herself, if you invest your time into you get big money. Making videos with your kids is easy as well as spending it with your kids.Just opening toys will get you that money easy you need without leaving your home and your kids. Every 100,000 views is $10,000, as well as you can sell your products too. Facebook is good as well.

Facebook is a great way to reach out to people.
Start a page for your business and invite all the people on your friends list to like your page. Also ask them to share it so it get further than just your friends.
I am starting my own business and nearly have 200 likes on my business page. We haven't even opened the shop yet and there are people that have liked the page that we don't know.

On a side not, don't promote your business here though. That's against our no soliciting policy. Also please don't post photo's of what you are making. You can ask general questions though, like you have.
