Loosing those extra Kilo's

Hi girls! i'm starting to get my butt into gear and loose that baby weight, i have a good 20kg's to get rid of. How much did you girls have to loose, how did you do it?, how long did it take and how old was your bubba when you started your exercising?

I have only about 10 kgs to use up. I figure I'll just try to commit to going for a 1/2 hr walk with the pram a couple of days a week, and going for a swim once a week. If I can stick to that, I might step it up to more walks, or some crunches or something.

Main thing is to be as aware of what I put in my own mouth as I am about what goes into Charlotte's mouth. I'm so careful about what she eats, but tend to not treat myself with the same respect.

By the time Charlotte was about 2 mths, I was back into my usual size, but have gone up a bit now she is not feeding as regularly. And I was trying to use up a bit of weight before I got pregnant anyway.

Walking briskly with the pram ( or not so briskly) is a great start for your core muscles, and your cardio. I'd leave off with the gym etc until you can at least commit to just getting out the front door and around the block.

ive started going to the gym my son just turned 6 months old ive got bit of weight i have to lose aswell its easy to do if you set ur mind to it ive also gettin help by going on a diet takin sachets to replace the meals
