Losing baby fat

How do I lose my belly fat after the birth? It has been 3 years, I am still 15 lbs. overweight and I look a bit fat when I sit down. I do exercise. Maybe eating too much rice does not help? I am a vegetarian.

i downloaded mine but you can buy it in stores. Jillian Micaels...from the biggest loser of course:) Has 3 different workouts on this one DVD. Each is 25 minutes long. You do the frst one for 10 days then once that one gets too easy you do the 2ns one then whn that gets too easy you do the 3rd one. It is intervul(?LOL) training and every 30 seconds-1minutes the exercise you are doing changes. I have recommended this to many new moms that i know around me and they have all seen some kid of result. They are hard at first but you have to have motivation. By the 5th day or so you think omg this is easy but then on day 10 when you change and do the new one it's like omg this is hard allll over again. I recommened watching the video before you start. I didn't and had no idea what i was going to be doing. It wasn't so much difficult as it was that i didn't know what moves to expect. But they are all standard things placed in segment to give you maximum results.

Well it took me a good two years to get back to my weight that i was before kids. I exercise all the time and watched what I ate. I was told to eat 6 small meals a day and when I started doing that is when I really saw the weight come off. GOOD LUCK and keep me updated.
