So I'm a 33 year old stay at home mum of 3 beautiful children. 8, 6 and 14 months. I love my children and I'm very involved in them.
But I'm losing my mind being a stay at home mum. I spend more time with the baby then any adult in my life and I swear I'm losing brain function. I'm bored and alone. Very alone. It's affecting me immensely. My friends and I have lost touch over the years. We've all had babies, moved out of town, got married and so on. Besides all this my health has been terrible the past 2 years. So between dealing with my health and feeling alone most of my days...... I'm losing my mind. There are really no groups I find in Windsor for mums to just hang out during the day. I guess this is just a good place to vent. I've tried the on line chats and it's not the same thing as actually talking to a person.

Hi Amanda,

Actually, stress is the whole problem. Chrohn's Disease is directly caused by oxidative stress, also known as free radical damage.

To cure yourself, you must reduce all forms of stress in your life - chemical stress, physical stress, emotional stress and electro-magnetic stress. These are the four main fields of stress and all of them cause the body to create trillions of free radicals, which then cause free radical damage or oxidative stress, which is the mother of all stresses.

It is the direct cause of more than 200 chronic degenerative diseases including Chrohn's. Chrohn's is immune-related, but it is not one of the auto-immune diseases. It is a chronic inflammation disease and so can be controlled/cured by stopping all inflammatory processes in your body. Most of these are food related. In fact, more than 70% of all diseases are caused from the chemical stress from food.

Once you reduce/eliminate as much stress as possible (all types), then you must develop and implement a plan/system for dealing with the free radicals your body produces in spite of your efforts and once that is done, you must go back and repair any free radical damage that has already occurred. It is only then that your body will start to heal. Believe me when I say, the process is long and difficult, but it can be done, I have cured my asthma after 40 years of progressive lung problems starting with whooping cough at 6 months old, for example. All these diseases are diseases of choice. We technically had the choice to get them, although we may not have known that, and we also have the choice to increase our knowledge and change our behavior to get rid of them.

It sounds like your whole immune system is wiped out. You will not get better until you fully address all the stress and give your body back the tools it needs to heal itself.

Let me know if you want more info. BTW: I am a certified health coach and a stress management consultant/educator. I specialize in the links between all the types of stress and chronic degenerative disease.

Thanks ill check it out.
I wish it was just stress making me ill but I have Crohns disease. Its been a really rough go dealing with it. I have had 8 surgeries in the last 2 years plus a c-section. So I'm pretty worn out with the process of the surgery each time. It takes 6 weeks to heal. So that means i've spent 54 weeks out of the last two years recouping. And motherhood doesn't stop lol as i sure you know, when you sick. I do have help between my in laws and my parents but truthfully sometimes I hate it. I have been capable my whole life and its annoying that I have to depend on them.

It sounds like your stress hormones are starting to fall out of balance. This leads to illness quick. You must rebalance yourself fast. I speak from experience. Which Windsor are you in? Have you tried meetups yet? To give you a proper link, I would need the country and province or state.

This is the link for Windsor, Ontario, Canada: http://www.meetup.com/cities/ca/on/winds...

Good luck!
