Losing weight while breastfeeding can be a worrying thing to try and do, but you naturally burn around 500 calories a day feeding your baby. If you keep a normally portioned, densely nutritious diet and drink around 3 litres of water a day, then you should lose weight.
As a rule i would suggest not supplimenting with any dietary pills or anything as they will, almost certainly, NOT have been tested on breastfeeding mothers and so if they have an adverse effect on a child, it might not be known.
Be careful with your intake simply because anything you put in you, will be given to the baby.
