I got it when my daughter was 6 months and we love it. Have you tried different positions and made sure your wrapping it right? I know I have to adjust it if I put it on too tight because then my daughter feels squished.

I have a Moby Wrap, and my daughter LOVES it. We started using it when she was 2 weeks, so she has had plenty of time to get used to it. I can keep my eyes on her, and my hands free. If you are not comfortable then neither is your baby so you might try different holds. It takes a little time but well worth it

I have a Moby Wrap and I'm not a huge fan either. What I do LOVE is the Baby K'tan. It's very similar, but doesn't require tons of wrapping. I keep it in the diaper bag and I'm able to just slip it on or off easily. I felt like with the Moby Wrap I practically became a sporting event when trying to put that thing on in public b/c of all the spectators (and half the time it took me a couple tries to get it just right).

I wish I"d got one for my lil guy. He is 15mo now and there are days that I REALLY wish I had one. He was very sick when he was born and was on oxygen and an apnea monitor for a long time and I was unable to use anything like that cause of all his "cords"
I'm sorry you aren't satisfied with yours, do you know any friends/family that might want to try it out? Maybe they would have better luck wiht it...

i think the reason he does not like it is bc i started him with it at 5 months..and by this age he know what he does and doesnot like..next baby i will start using it fomr the get-go

i love mine. i nursed in it, did chores with it, went to the zoo all day with it, walked to the post office in all seasons with it. that thing and i were inseperable for the first year. i used it from one week old and even until my daughter was almost 18 months [in the backpack tie]. i used it with my son so my daughter could be in the stroller and i could hold him and we could still go on walks to the park, post office, easier for shopping -- for all who've tried to deal with mall shopping and a stroller or grocery shopping with the giant carseat. it made my life so much easier.

I have the cuddly wrap (it's the same thing, just a tiny bit stretchier). Both my kids loved it. I carried my son in it until he was a little over one year old, he really loved facing out. My daughter is only 3 months, so really all she's done is fall asleep in it lol. But she sleeps really well in it! I really like it, it's very comfortable for me to wear. I have a very large chest (34 H) so other carriers don't fit very well. I also like how it can fit into the diaper bag and that my hubby (or grandma or friend etc) can wear it as well.

Try facing your babe out if he doesn't like it; he might want to face the world! :)

Mine didn't like it until she was old enough to hold her head up really good. She likes it a lot now when we go to the store. Then if she gets tired she just konks over onto my chest and sleeps. She's 7 months now. It hurt my back a lot in a couple of the holds but the one where it criss-crosses your front with the tummy panel outside and baby facing toward you works so well for us. If I do baby facing outward I think it hurts her tummy or legs and she squirms. The laying down one doesn't work anymore either 'cause she wants to see where we are going. If I am just walking around I swing the hold with her facing me to my hip so she is sitting on my hip but it has less pressure on my back and arms than without the sling. I keep mine in my car for going grocery shopping and it is much better than having baby touch the icky cart or being stuck in the carseat - plus they can sleep. Hope you get some use out of it. Sorry you are dissapointed. :(
