It seems to be a common problem for a lot of my stay at home moms. I am wondering who has time to do it, and what is the trick. I will say I am not getting up at 5 in the morning, so if your suggestion involves getting up earlier, don't bother. If you have something else that might be able to help get more time in my schedule- give me a holler!!

I hate working out but am still trying to get back into my pre-pregnancy skinny jeans! What works best for me is just going out with my daughter in the stroller! Instead of driving to get errands done I walk every where! It helps that I'm close to the stores so if you're not this may be a problem.

I have 4 kids under 4. They all still nap...so I try to get a 30-45 min work out in at home at nap time. I also let them join in. ( Use the baby as a weight while squating etc)
