MOMS, are we too hard on each other?

As women, we put too much pressure on each other and ourselves.
Is it mom vs mom?
Is it stigma or status?
Are we in this together?

Some career friends envy me for staying home.
REALLY! I envy them for receivin' a pay check & having a title other then,
"mom", "Mom", "MOM"!
Domestic Divas, have maids, send kiddos to pre-school, exercise & shop til they drop.
REALLY! I sacrafice shoppin' for myself to send our 3yo to MDO so I can clean house, grocery shop & shower in peace (color my own hair, shave my legs & give myself a pedi!)

I don't have everything I want. But I have everything I need.
I'm not were I thought I'd be at my age. But I'm exactly were I need to be!

I'm proud of all my MOMMY Girl Friends!
Here's to moms everywhere!
We've come a long way baby!
NOW, get off the computer! We have 101 things to do today!
Hugs to all!

I think its mixed some are hard on each other. I think that Both working out of the home and working at home (if your a wahm or a sahm your working while at home) have perks and down side. Being a Mom is not a cakewalk for anyone.

My thoughts on the being to hard on each other question, I have found that those who are seriously hard on the other usually the underlining reason is they want what the other has. (not always)

I am with you on everything. Your doing a great job and enjoy your little one ;)
