I had really bad nausea with my daughter, to the point I could barely keep anything down. I tried everything and eventually talked to my OB about it. He prescribed a tea called No to morning sickness tea, which helped a lot.

Ginger cookies actually did help for me.. nothing helped my niece (or so she says but I watched that kid eat)

Sometimes the nausia is actually BECAUSE your hungry... try soda crackers (soup crackers) preferably with a big glass of water and the salted ones so you keep your electrolites up. and STAY OUT OF RESAURANTS... man that was a killer for me

Bless you we have all been there. I was so bad I dare not move some days as a turn of my head would start me of again! If you have tried the usual dried toast or digestive biscuits or stem ginger then my cure was fresh pineapple! I know but something in the sharp but sweet flesh just took away the nauseous feeling for a while. In fact fresh pineapple would be all I wanted some days. You have about 5 weeks before you will feel a bit better and then all of a sudden you will feel human again.

I was told to suck on gatorade ice cubes. With my 3rd son I was so sick that I couldn't do much with my other two kids. And where I couldn't keep anything down he told me to make gatorade ice cubes and suck on them. Then there's crackers and ginger ale.

I liked lemon drops, kept soup crackers by the bed and had a few before getting up, and lived on ensure for a while. The dark chocolate is actually pretty good. never let yourself get too hungry, but don't over eat either.

I hope you feel better soon.
