at 7 months, that is completely normal. If she doesn't seem hungry, she probably isn't. She may also be getting ready for a growth spurt. or, like my son, he just has his days where he just doesn't eat as much. He is one chunky 14 month old now :)

ok so, if he is 1 and on it. WHAT THE CRAP! there is absolutely NO reason a 1 year old should be on it. If 16, the best way that helped me, (i was told multiple times to go on it, I refused) is to have an outlet. Healthy diet, very little to no caffeine, and exercise. My outlet was my horses, so if I didnt have to be studying, thats where I would be. Now that I am older (almost 30) I have practiced staying focus, and goal oriented. If do my best to stay focused on a goal (even though most often I get distracted, I pull myself back to it) I cannot always finish something in one sitting so when I do feel myself getting distracted, I take care of something, then come back to it.

Healthy diet and exercise has been KEY!!! without that, I would be absolutely nuts haha.

i know it is kind of me rambling but I hope it helps a little

My 7month old isn't eating the way she was last month. She's not fussy not Losing weight or anything like that. I'm just wondering if this is normal. It's been 12years since my last child, things r a lot different with this child.

Oh, sorry about the spelling person thing then! I get it! But I agree with Sarah e. Please tell if your child is 1 or 16.

My phone and it's typing errors! I am weaning him off of Adderral and want to get a recommendation for vitamins which can assist him with concentration. Can you recommend a vitamin or vitamins?

What?! It says you don't have a 1 year old, you have a 16 year old. Here is what you said "Mu 1y year old hss ADHD. He is currently on however, I am wea" It should be "My 1 year old has ADHD. He is currently on Adderall, however, I am wea" what does wea mean?
