My 10 month baby really is not into food. He eats but not much. Just 1 or twice a day. Any suggestion of what to give to him?

As long as he is still getting plenty of breast milk/formula, it's fine. Have you tried letting him self-feed? We did baby-led weaning with my son. That's where you skip the purees and go straight to finger foods. Your little one may just not be interested in having a spoon shoved in his face. Just lay out some soft chunks of food on his tray and let him go for it. Don't pressure him to eat and don't even try to put any of it in his mouth yourself. Just let him explore it on his own terms. Good luck.

Honestly, I tried everything...little finger snacks, different fruits, different veggies, you name it. My kids are 6 yrs old and 3yrs old and they are the pickiest eaters ever! But they love all the healthy foods so I can't complain.I suggest try many different things. I know it's scary as a mom when you see your baby is not eating, but they will be fine if they get the right nutrients during the meals they do eat!

Well my sons doctor told us that babies under the age of one year old don't need as much food as you and i because they are still getting their nurtiants from either formula or breast milk. My son went through a phase like that too at that age we started giving him finger foods that he could feed himself because he had a bunch of teeth and he just wanted to be indepentant.
