Further to Kristen's idea about frozen fruits, grab one of those teething feeder bag things made by munchkin or nuby, freeze some fresh fruit & throw it in the bag, my little one always gobbled it up!

Definitely talk to her doctor about your concerns. The cold/teething combo is probably bothering her more than she is letting on. Frozen fruit purees, some veggie purees chilled, frozen peas and blueberries are great to gnaw on, pudding, teething toasts will maybe help her get something more into her. Just remember, she will not starve during this. She will get through it and then be ravenous.

A humidifier will help with the stuffies, warm baths/showers too. Hope she feels better soon.

Try clearing out her nose with some nasal saline drops & aspirator it will help her breathe better so she may eat better as well. Try "treats" if she refuses things she loves i'd say her throat is sore & she should get more of an appetite in a week. But until then offer juices, freezies, anything she will eat. Good luck, it is stressful, i've been there a dozen times already!

Have you called your pediatrician yet? My son didn't want to eat much before he cut his first tooth. We didn't think it was bothering him much either. Since they cannot tell us otherwise it's hard to know what it really feels like or how they may react.

maybe it acually is bothering her, she may have a sore throat and it hurts to eat or she can't breathe properly when she eats, try foods which are easy to swallow or very soft like yoghurt or even pulpy juice may do her some good
